While each hole has its own unique charms, keep a close eye on the fourth when you play here. Named after the nearby village of Port Erroll, it’s a 196-yard par three that features an imposing carry over a chasm from the tee. To the left there’s a river and to the right there’s a huge sand dune, and of course there’s also the wind to take into account. Prepare to be tested to the very max!
If you have factored in a couple of days off from the golf, you can choose from a wide range of tourist attractions and landmarks to explore. They include Peterhead Prison Museum and Buchan Ness Lighthouse to the north, and Aberdeen’s Tollbooth Museum and Maritime Museum to the south.
